A fixed-term lease is a term agreement. It is usually (but not always) stipulated in a written contract, called a lease agreement. It can be for any period, but can range from only 6 months to a year or more. It is important to consider the following points about a fixed-term lease: It is really important that you tell us if you have problems with your lease as quickly as possible, so we can try to help you solve the problem or get the right help. Sometimes this can lead to making recommendations to other organizations that are better able to help and support them. If your landlord rents out the existence of another part 4, he or she may provide notice during the initial 4 rent portion, at the end of the notice period at the end or after the end of the lease. A notification of this should be grounds for termination. Reason is not necessarily one of the valid reasons for terminating a Part 4 lease. If you wish to leave the building before the end of your temporary tenancy, you must inform us in writing.
If you have a common lease, then you must accept both and sign the letter informing us that you want to leave.
